Before you cancel Printavo

Printavo's own terms say that after your account ends you "shall have no further access to any Customer Data" and that the company "may delete all Customer Data." There is no export window. Whatever you have not pulled out by the day you cancel is gone.

What I learned moving my shop out

I moved Lamb Screen Printing off Printavo in 2026, about 6,400 orders and quotes. The API gives you invoices, customers, line items and payments. It does not give you reports, tax summaries, or the CSVs that only exist in the web UI, and some of those are the ones your bookkeeper will ask for in April. The checklist is every export I would do again, in order, with the ones you have to do by hand marked.

For your tech person

The exporter I used is on GitHub: lamb92009/printavo-exporter. It is read-only, resumable, and stays inside Printavo's rate limit. It is published as-is, for someone comfortable running a Node script, and there is no support behind it. If that is not you, the checklist alone covers what matters.

What comes next
