Pricely is a pricing calculator for screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving and DTF shops. It runs in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer, keeps saved quotes for each customer, and on its top plan adds an AI assistant.
How it works
A shop switches on the decoration methods it offers and builds pricing profiles for different customers, rate types or product lines. Each method has its own pricing engines. Screen printing runs from a simple flat rate per piece up to a full matrix with labor, overhead and quantity breaks, with cost plus and hourly options between. DTF is priced by area or by preset transfer size. Embroidery is priced by stitch count, by stitch bands or at a flat rate per placement, with digitizing and cap surcharges. Laser engraving is priced by engraving area, machine time or a flat rate per item.
A quote comes from choosing a profile and entering the job, and shows the unit price, line items, rush fees and total. Saved quotes can be marked won or lost with a reason, and a dashboard shows win rate, monthly revenue, contribution margin and the profiles that perform best. The Pro AI plan adds a chat assistant that can quote a job or build a profile from a typed request, a writer for customer follow-up messages, and a plain English read of the shop’s numbers.

Free is $0 a month for one pricing profile, 11 of the pricing engines and unlimited quotes, with no card needed. Pro is $4.99 a month for unlimited profiles, every engine, won and lost tracking and the dashboard. Pro AI is $9.99 a month and adds the AI features, with 100 AI credits a month.

Getting your data out
The privacy policy, last updated March 2025, lists a right to export your data in a portable format, but no export feature or file format is described. Profiles and quotes are stored with the account and sync across devices. The policy says data is deleted within 30 days of an account being deleted, that on the Pro AI plan prompts and quote details may be sent to OpenAI for processing, and that Pricely does not use a shop’s data to train AI models.
